Three Flagler County residents recently graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University. Kyle Johnson, of Bunnell, graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the College of Health Professions & Social Work; Kelly Ussia, of Palm Coast, graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the College of Arts and Sciences; and Thomas Vondiezelski, of Palm Coast, graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the College of Business.

The Old King's Highway Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution installed its new officers May 2. They are Treasurer Diane Neu, Librarian/Historian Lindsay Birch, Secretary Carol Stacey, Regent Karen Alsup, Registrar Betty Cheatham and Chaplain Terry Hein.
Long-time American Association of University Women activist June Carlson was honored with a lunch at Mezzaluna in anticipation of her move to John Knox Village. A member of both Florida and New York branches, Carlson has been an active fund raiser for the Eleanor Roosevelt Campaign to help educate young girls and women.
Bryon and Kaiti Lenhart, of Palm Coast, are proud parents of a son, Loukas Bryon Lenhart, who was born naturally at home at 7:02 a.m. May 20. The newborn weighed eight pounds, 12 ounces and was 22 ¼ inches long.
