The following is an update for permit activity in the city for Nov. 5-11. Total number of all permits issued: 151. Since January 2009, $793,960,057 construction dollars have been invested in Palm Coast.
Commercial permits applications
EH Contracting applied for a $70,000 application for interior renovations at the Florida Medical Hearing Center at Island Walk, 250 Palm Coast Parkway NE, Unit 901.
Dacon Home Accents applied for a $4,675 application for interior renovations at Pat's Pastries and Sarafinas Ice at 99 Old Kings Road S., Unit 1A.
Commercial permits issued
C&R General Contractors was issued a $90,000 permit for a restroom addition at Daily's Convenience Store, 2 Boulder Rock Drive.
Alpha Omega Glass and Mirror was issued a $4,000 replace storefront glass at 9 Harbor Center Drive, Unit 13.
Residential permits issued
Holiday Builders Inc. was issued a $258,000 for a single-family residence at 16 East Diamond
Everlast Homes was issued a $297,000 for a single-family residence at 4 Windover Lane.
Drive.Seagate Homes was issued a $174,000 for a single-family residence at 4 Ullman Court.
Dulando Screen was issued a $14,000 for an alteration at 21 Reidsville Drive.
Dulando Screen was issued a $5,000 for an addition at 72 Biscayne Drive.
Jose Lopez was issued a $1,000 for an alteration at 73 Longview Way.
Occupancy permits

Hawkins Construction was issued a $1,323,000 certificate of occupancy for a 22,050 square foot shell building at Island Walk, 250 Palm Coast Parkway NE, Building G.
