Former gift shop to be Little Caesars
The building at 162 S. Nova Road, a former gift shop, has been purchased for $386,000 and will be redeveloped into a Little Caesars, according to NAI Realvest, which recently completed the sale.
Chris Butera, investment associate at NAI Realvest, which covers Volusia and Flagler counties, represented the seller, John Randolph Hill Sr. Trust.
Bob Rand, of Coldwell Banker Commercial, represented the buyer, Fast Trac Pizza Inc., a local Little Caesars franchisee.
The 1,061-square-foot building, built in 1979, sits on 0.42 acres.
Wellness spa to have open house
NBalance Holistic Wellness Spa has announced that they have added a second location at 73 W. Granada Blvd. and will hold a grand opening from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Oct. 24.
The original location, 949 Beville Road, D-5, South Daytona, opened in 2009.
“We have been working hard to create a relaxing and tranquil atmosphere at our new location,” said owner Joy Hagstrom. “We wanted to be able to serve our Ormond Beach clientele closer to home for them.”
The grand opening celebration will include raffles, wine, hors d'oeuvres and champagne.
