Isabella Stone may have been the only person at the Kix Country Fest not swaying to the music, but that's OK, she was having her face painted. The 8-year-old from Palm Coast sat as still as a statue as facepainter Doreen Lazzano created a masterpiece across the youngsters' face.
Festival goers came from up and down the East Coast and it was day two for Richard and Pam Vincent of Daytona Beach. Pam Vincent came prepared with an umbrella to shield her from the sun.
A short distance away Jess Davies and Sebass Baker, 5, of Palm Coast danced to the music.
The festival has bounce toys for the kids to enjoy, food vendors, and a great opportunity just to run around and have fun. Forget to bring your cowboy hat? No problem, there's a vendor that has your head covered.
The Kix Country Fest continues until 10 p.m. tonight when it ends with fireworks by Santore.
