Selby Realty Inc. has announced it has completed a long term lease renewal and expansion agreement with Gold’s Gym, 333 W. Granada Blvd, Suite 200. Dwight Selby represented the landlord MDSS Inc.
Gold's now occupies 27,964 square feet in the plaza.
"Gold's has added Unit 230, formerly occupied by a yoga studio, and Unit 240, formerly occupied by a martial arts school, thus increasing their size by 30%,” Selby said.

Attorney named to Easter Seals board
Melissa DeVriese, general counsel at Security First Insurance Co., 140 S. Atlantic Ave., has been elected to serve for the next three years on the board of directors for Easter Seals of Volusia and Flagler Counties. Devriese earned her law degree at Georgetown University Law Center and has served as primary attorney to the general counsel for the Department of Transportation. She has worked with Easter Seals through service with the Junior League.
Realtor in Hall of Fame
Angie Shull, of RE/MAX Property Centre, has been presented with the Hall of
Fame Award, which honors those who have achieved more than $1 million in
gross commission during their career with RE/MAX.

Pizza restaurant changes hands
The new owner of Bruno’s Pizza in the Ormond Mall is Marie Chenowith. Known as “Mama Marie,” Chenowith plans to increase the menu selections while continuing to make pizzas with freshly made dough, according to the Realtor, Selby Realty Inc.
Diane Larsen, of Selby Realty, represented the landlord, SPF Ormond Beach Mall LLC, in the rental agreement. Ormond Mall is located at 1254 Ocean Shore Blvd.
