According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued tax receipts for March 28-April 1:

 

  • Care Right Home Health LLC, an unclassified personal service at 389 Palm Coast Parkway
  • Home-based business: Marks Coin and Jewelry, retail sales; Harmony Home Theaters LLC, unclassified personal service.

Permits

The following is an update for permit activity in the city for March 25- April 1. Total number of permits issued: 164. Since January 2009, $867,176,112 construction dollars have been invested in Palm Coast.

Commercial permits issued

Tumbleson White Construction was issued a permit for a handball court at 18 Florida Park Drive.

Residential permits issued

Seagate Homes was issued a $271,000 permit for a single-family residence at 13 Eastland Lane.

Seagate Homes was issued a $303,000 permit for a single-family residence at 6 Kalorama Court.

Seagate Homes was issued a $347,000 permit for a single-family residence at 50 Creekside Drive.

Maronda Homes was issued a $328,000 permit for a single-family residence at 6 Lewisdale Lane.

Oleg Sokolov was issued a $257,000 permit for a single-family residence at 22 Emmons Lane.

 

Occupancy Permit

Tia Kerzner was issued an occupancy permit for Care Right Home Health at 389 Palm Coast Parkway.

Brad Huffstetler was issued an occupancy permit for Special Event/Club at 1 Yacht Club Drive.

Memedina Enterprises was issued an occupancy permit for Medeina Enterprises, Group Home at 14 Parkview Drive.

Certificate of occupancy

Sharp General Contractors was issued a certificate of occupancy permit for $400,000 for Dialysis Home Care Training at 80 Pinnacles Drive.
