Palm Coast Real Estate Celebrates Forty Years
Chuck Shaffer, broker and owner of Palm Coast Real Estate, recently celebrated the company’s 40th anniversary.
Palm Coast Real Estate held a ribbon-cutting ceremony in conjunction with the Flagler County Chamber of Commerce at its office at 5 Utility Drive, Suite 7, in Palm Coast.
“We are so excited to celebrate four decades in the Flagler County real estate business surrounded by our friends, families and the entire community,” Shaffer said. “The Palm Coast Real Estate team is proud of our company’s many accomplishments and we look forward to thanking all those who have supported us through the years.”
Palm Coast Real Estate, known as “Palm Coast’s Original Real Estate Company,” began with the ITT Community Development Corporation in the 1970s, and its management team has become one of the industry leaders in the marketing and sale of residential homes and home sites since 1976.

Big-time real estate transaction
Margaret Jones, a Certified Commercial Investment Member with Parkside Realty Group, recently brokered a $450,000 transaction for real estate and equipment of D & K Automotive and Tire Repair at 102 N. Main St. in Bunnell.
Jones represented both the buyer and the seller in this transaction. The property was sold by Dolores and Don McCalligan, and purchased by Paul and Beth Barrow. The buyers are owners of Barrow Auto Repair located at 13 Enterprise Drive in Bunnell. Call 931-0488, or [email protected].
Coldwell Banker Premier Properties makes a difference
Coldwell Banker Premier Properties helped make the Mount Calvary Baptist Church Boys Men Tie Collection a success, collecting 108 ties for the program, which it has helped in the last three years.
