The following is an update for permit activity in the city for March 31-April 6. Total number of permits issued: 381. Since January 2009, $876,118,961 construction dollars have been invested in Palm Coast.
Commercial Permit Applications

Elfrink Custom Construction was issued a $925,000 permit for Super Wash at 110 Cypress Point Parkway.

City of Palm Coast was issued a permit for a multi-purpose path at Seminole Woods Blvd., and Sesame Blvd to US Highway 1.
SE Cline Construction was issued a $1 million permit for site development: infrastructure for 6 lots at 5013 State Road 100 E.
