A woman was walking her dog when a man flashed his genitalia at her, she told a Flagler County Sheriff’s Office deputy.

The woman said she was walking her dog at about 9 p.m. July 27 when a man on a black cruiser motorcycle motorcycle with no headlight drove past her and then turned around at Raintree Circle, according to a Sheriff’s Office case report. The man, who she didn’t recognize, drove up next to her and stopped the motorcycle.

The man “had his pants unzipped and was holding his penis,” according to the report. The man, while rubbing his genitalia, asked the woman if she wanted to make $100.

She said no and ran inside her house, then called the Sheriff’s Office.

The woman told a deputy that she couldn’t see the man’s face well because he was wearing a dark motorcycle helmet that covered everything except the area around his eyes, but that he looked to be about 20 years old. The motorcycle looked similar to a Suzuki, she said.

A deputy checked the area but didn’t find the man.
