A house in Island Estates was the top real estate sales transaction for the week of July 21-27. Robert and Cynthia Desimone, of Palm Coast, sold 78 Island Estates Parkway to Craig and Sandra Kurik, of Waycross, Georgia, for $1,080,000. Built in 2001, the house has four bedrooms, three baths , swimming pool, boat house, boat dock, fireplace and 3,242 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $1,675,000.

D.R. Horton Inc., of Jacksonville, sold 6 Waterfront Cove to Ronald Flora and Kathy DeShazer, of Palm Coast, for $265,000. Built in 2016, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,913 square feet.

Eric and Cynthia Fisher, as trustees, sold 4 Ivey Lane to Rosalie and George Lehan, of Flagler Beach, for $333,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, four baths and 2,945 square feet.
