A house in Tomoka Estates was the top real estate sales transaction for the week of July 10-16 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Daniel Carlin, of Ormond Beach, sold 979 Shockney Drive to Mark and Shelly Hamm, of Ormond Beach, for $520,000. Built in 1971, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,858 square feet. It sold in 1978 for $72,700. The following is a sample list of other sales that week.
Ormond Beach
Julie Feingold, of Janesville, Wisconsin, sold 395 S. Atlantic Ave., Unit 507, to Ying Chun Lee and Chiu Li Hui Lee, as trustees, for $250,000. Built in 1982, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,634 square feet. It sold in 1983 for $140,000.
Anna Boyd, of Ormond Beach, sold 345 Hickory Hill Place to Nadine Mazzone and Ronald Forslund, of Ormond Beach, for $240,500. Built in 1984, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,908 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $178,000.
Teich Holdings Group LLC sold 70 Ivanhoe Drive to Thomas Mitchell, of West Farmington, Ohio, for $235,000. Built in 1958, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,611 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $107,500.
Paul Doobe Jr. and Carmen Colon, of Ormond Beach, sold 104 Standish Drive to Jimmy Ham and Laurie Campbell, of Ormond Beach, for $232,000. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,838 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $210,000.
Susquehanna Trail Holding Co Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 156 Ormwood Drive to Mark Tribble, of Ormond Beach, for $230,000. Built in 1963, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,650 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $157,500.
Richard and Teresa Flanagan, of Ormond Beach, sold 1 Sandy Lake Circle to Cynthia McClosky and Wayne Zorn, of Ormond Beach, for $218,000. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,454 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $110,000.
Jessica Buster, of Jupiter, sold 6 Edgewood Way to Michelle Main and James Sullenbarger, of Ormond Beach, for $190,000. Built in 1984, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,740 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $167,900.
Felicia and Ann Porter, of Daytona Beach, sold 1712 Carolina Ave. to Elayne McGovern, of Ormond Beach, for $128,000. Built in 1975, the house has two bedrooms, one bath, a swimming pool and 1,279 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $95,500.
Beverly Townsend, of Ormond Beach, sold 1 Tomoka Oaks Blvd., Unit 103, to June Keefer, of Ormond Beach, for $110,000. Built in 1980, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,184 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $90,000.
Carolyn Parker, of Ormond Beach, sold 145 Hand Ave. to Cromwell Company LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $75,000. Built in 1959, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 952 square feet.

Ronald and Marcia Martin, of Daytona Beach, sold 27 China Moon Drive to Daniel and Sarah Gibbs, of Ormond Beach, for $222,000. Built in 1994, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,872 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $185,000.
Halifax Plantation
Vanacore Construction Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 3187 Connemara Drive to Francis and Donna M. NeaIon, of Ormond Beach, for $244,000. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,918 square feet.
Gerald and Elke Scott, of Ormond Beach, sold 1107 Glengad Run to Joseph and Judith Whittington, of Ormond Beach, for $162,500. Built in 2000, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,532 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $121,500.
Hunter’s Ridge
Randall and Donna Reed, of Ormond Beach, sold 117 Briargate Look to Mark and Marcia Campbell, of Ormond Beach, for $333,285. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,054 square feet.
Ormond Lakes
Mark and Michele Patton, of Ormond Beach, sold 20 Old Port Circle to o Ronald Zeigler and Juliana Farrell, of Ormond Beach, for $260,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,910 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $165,000.
Plantation Bay
Robert and Joan Kemp, of Wappingers Falls, New York, sold 1408 Sunningdale Lane to Albert and Genevieve Douglas, of Ormond Beach, for $255,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,930 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $183,355.

Samuel and Elizabeth Puckett, of Ormond Beach, sold 157 Deer Lake Circle to Andrea Pratt, of Ormond Beach, for $177,500. Built in 1985, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 1,678 square feet. It sold in 1985 for $101,800.
Ormond-by-the-Sea
Dale Baltrus, individually and as representative, sold 1425 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 702, to Ian and Diane Nathanson, of Maitland, for $515,000. Built in 2006, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,515 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $490,000.
W. Grant Blauvelt and David Snyder, of Daytona Beach, sold 134 Coquina Key Drive to William and Terri Zirkle, of Ormond Beach, for $449,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,612 square feet.
Emily Stiles, of Chagrin Falls, Ohio, sold 12 Sea Gull Drive to Catherine Hart, of Ormond Beach, for $250,000. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,414 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $145,900.
Howard and Patty Jo Thomas, of Delmount, Pennsylvania, sold 2470 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 1110, to Paula White, of Grand Junction, Colorado, for $158,700. Built in 1998, the condo has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 980 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $152,500.
