A house on the beach was the top real estate sales transaction for Oct. 16 to Oct. 22 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Cheryl Lentz, individually and as trustee, sold 553 S. Atlantic Ave. to Pablo and Walkiria Alvarez, of Ormond Beach, for $927,500. Built in 1952, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,388 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $500,000.

Norma Conley, of Palm Coast, sold 19 Moss Point Drive to Isaac and Darlene Call, of Ormond Beach, for $505,000. Built in 2000, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, two fireplaces, a swimming pool and 3,858 square feet.
Ann Barbour, of Port Orange, sold 815 Riverside Drive to Kimberly Barber, of Ormond Beach, for $225,000. Built in 1960, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 1,782 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $105,000.
Joanne Revis, of Ormond Beach, sold 1 Misners Trail to Heidi Neal, of Ormond Beach, for $175,000. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,471 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $125,000.
Anthony James sold 143 Myra Blvd. to Robert and Christine Sanders, of Ormond Beach, for $150,500. Built in 1953, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,267 square feet. It sold in 1970 for $14,100.
Robert Ahl, of Scotia, New York, sold 2 Oriole Circle, Unit B, to Michael and Rebecca Knode, of Alexandria, Pennsylvania, for $146,000. Built in 1947, the villa has two bedrooms, one bath and 675 square feet. It sold in April for $129,900.
Gregory and Monique Voth, of Ormond Beach, sold 3 Thomas St. to Joseph and Wendy Spear, of Ormond Beach, for $142,900. Built in 1985, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,164 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $115,000.
Keith Lozeau, of Ormond Beach, sold 1424 Golf Ave. to Johnny Mullis, of Ormond Beach, for $141,000. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,293 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $86,830.
Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, of Carrollton, Texas, sold 752 Orchard Ave. to Ron Hanshaw, of Holly Hill, for $43,400. Built in 1956, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 1,350 square feet. It sold in 1971 for $12,000.

Jay and Suzette Cuddy sold 27 Creek Bluff Way to Glen and Jamie Harvey, of Ormond Beach, for $290,000. Built in 1996, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,178 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $218,500.

CP and HG Residential Lots LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 200 Chelsea Place to Vahid Kasliwala, of Ormond Beach, for $375,000. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,588 square feet.

Loretta Riehl, of Daytona Beach, sold 41 Lakebluff Drive to Marcus and Lea Ann Buckley, of Ormond Beach, for $238,500. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,127 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $145,900.

Investor Trustee Services LLC, as trustee, sold 4 Alamanda Drive to William and Cynthia Hann, of Ormond Beach, for $155,000. Built in 1952, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 820 square feet. It sold in July for $92,500.
Mark and Michelle Denoncourt, of Lutherville, Maryland, sold 58 Seacrest Drive to Irina Portnoy, of Aurora, Colorado, for $131,000. Built in 1962, the house has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 792 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $70,000.
