Kevin and Eileen Van Fleet, of Greensburg, Pennsylvania, sold 2 Ocean Ridge Blvd. N. to Bob and Mary Casamento, of Orlando, for $2,000,000. Built in 2007, the house has five bedrooms, 5.5 baths, a swimming pool, elevator, fireplace and 6,118 square feet.

Patrick and Heather Cua, of Palm Coast, sold 200 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 145, to Richard and Stacy Butterfield, of Lakeland, for $424,000. Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,003 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $370,000.
Robert and Sandra Brown, of Stockbridge, Georgia, and David Crane, of Flagler Beach, sold 2131 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 2131, to Dorothy Ayers, of Flagler Beach, for $250,000. Built in 1984, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,440 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $105,000.
