The top selling real estate transaction in The Trails from Aug. 3 to Nov. 2 was a house that has a fireplace and a swimming pool. Thomas Prescott, sold 4 River Rock Trail to John and Mary Courtney, of Ormond Beach, for $306,000. Built in 1982, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 1,890 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $167,000.
David and Jacqueline Bailey, of Ormond Beach, sold 3 Fox Run Trail to Amber Davids, of Daytona Beach, for $185,000. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,618 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $182,000.
Daniel and Pamela Kixmiller, individually and as trustees, sold 31 Indian Trail to Pamela Underwood, of Ormond Beach, for $179,900. Built in 1983, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 1,874 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $140,000.
