Mark and Brian Alleman, individually and as trustees, sold 13 Anastasia Court to Michael Foley, of Smithtown, New York, for $630,000. Built in 1994, the house has four bedrooms, 4.5 baths, swimming pool, fireplace and 4,652 square feet.

Gerard and Susan Koch, of New Kensington, Pennsylvania, sold 200 Riverfront Drive, Unit C302, to Boris and Catherine Ruizgoubert, of Virginia Beach, Virginia, for $245,500. Built in 2006, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,781 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $381,500.
Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp., of Carrollton, Texas, sold 18 Fanshawe Lane to Yves Frederic and Judith Derzee, of Palm Coast, for $159,900. Built in 1994, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,451 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $179,000.
Naturus.com Ltd., of Toronto, sold 2 Pine Hurst Place, Unit 2, to Richard Craig Sr., and Loretta and Richard Craig, of Palm Coast, for $104,000. Built in 1980, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,177 square feet. I sold in 2013 for $68,200.

Sandra O’Connell, Linda Donehoo and Donald Kinnan, of Lakewood, Colorado, Jacksonville and Ashland Kentucky, sold 2416 Central Ave. to Kimberley and Thomas Lane, of Flagler Beach, for $260,000. Built in 1984, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,904 square feet. It sold in 1995 for $125,000.

Robert Cooper, of Daytona Beach, sold 280 County Road 35 to Aubrey Mason and Stephen Denvir, of Palm Coast, for $155,000. Built in 2003, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,356 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $149,000.
