A house with four bedrooms was the top seller for the week of Nov. 10-16. Jerome and Angela Licari sold 65 Kingfisher Lane to Kenneth Teeter, of Mooresville, North Carolina, for $675,000. Built in 2010, the house has four bedrooms, four baths, swimming pool, fireplace and 3,114 square feet.
Palm Coast
Danny and Cynthia Tanton, of Jacksonville, sold 80 Surfview Drive, Unit 707, to Audrey Elliott, of Fort Worth, Texas, for $340,000. Built in 2003, the condo has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,640 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $400,000.
Pamela Steger, of Little Switzerland, North Carolina, sold 110 Clubhouse Drive, Unit 202, to Carmelo and Filomena Verdone, of Palm Coast, for $270,000. Built in 2004, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,611 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $515,000.
James Adkin and Laurel Boots, individually and as trustees, sold 1100 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 1063, to Andrew Donohue, of Ocala, for $269,000. Built in 2004, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,344 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $285,000.
Slawek and Marzenna Szymczuk, of Eire, Pennsylvania, sold 301 Church St. N. to Gerardo and Maria Malagisi, of Palm Coast, for $85,000. Built in 1975, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 870 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $68,000.
