Grand opening for Pine Lakes Mobil Station and one-stop-shop

According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued tax receipts for Jan. 21-27:

  • Pamela Reese with Mary Key Sales, retail sales at 1 Florida Park Drive.
  • Fletcher Music Center, retail sales at 231 St. Joe Plaza.
  • Palm Coast Dental Care, a dental office at 782 Belle Terre Parkway.
  • Home-based businesses: Fantaci Handyman, handyman service; Jeff Ticich, landscape service; Motherly Care Assisted Living Facility; Joseph Bryon Napier, handyman service; Sunrise Coastal Cleaning, janitorial service; Corbett and Corbett LLC, unclassified personal service; Susan Stephens, landscaping service; Atlantic Coast Entertainment & Lighting; entertainment service.

     

The following is an update for permit activity in the city for Jan. 21-27. Total number of all permits issued: 153. Since January 2009, $826,966,557 construction dollars have been invested in Palm Coast.

 

Commercial permits applications

Hawkins Construction applied for a $262,000 application for a 4,293 square foot retail space at Island Walk, 250 Palm Coast Parkway NE, Building 700.

Dav-Lin Interior Contractors applied for a $70,000 application for a Florida Medical Hearing Center at Island Walk, 250 Palm Coast Parkway NE, Unit 901.

 

Commercial permits issued

Mark Abbotts Custom Renovations was issued a $68,000 permit for interior alterations at Remax Realty, 250 Palm Coast Parkway NE, Unit 407.

N-Store Services was issued a $40,000 permit for interior alterations at Kohl's, 665 Palm Coast Parkway SW.

Stoughton & Duran Custom Home was issued a $15,000 permit for interior alterations at Lisbon Café or Lisbon at Night at 101 Palm Harbor Parkway, Unit C129.

 

Residential permits issued

Applied Building Development was issued $411,000 for a single-family residence at 55 New Water Oak Drive.

Applied Building Development was issued $357,000 for a single-family residence at 56 New Water Oak Drive.

Vanacore Construction was issued $306,000 for a single-family residence at 23 Eastwood Drive.

Maronda Homes was issued $301,000 for a single-family residence at 23 Wood Clift Lane.

Seagate Homes was issued $251,000 for a single-family residence at 35 Wellstream Lane.

Saltwater Homes was issued$251,000 for a single-family residence at 10 Big Horn Drive.

Seagate Homes was issued $243,000 for a single-family residence at 46 Columbia Lane.

Seagate Homes was issued $239,000 for a single-family residence at 16 Seaward Trail E.

D.R. Horton was issued $200,000 for a single-family residence at 71 Auberry Drive.

Flagler Habitat was issued $164,000 for a single-family residence at 13 Uhl Path.

Dulando Screen was issued $22,000 for an addition at 35 Lamont Lane.

Encore Contracting was issued $20,000 for an alteration at 45 Riverview Bend S. Unit 1922.

Fontana Construction was issued $14,000 for an addition at 4 Seckel Court.

Dulando Screen was issued $12,000 for an addition at 6 Sedgefield Path S.

Budgen Construction was issued $11,000 for an alteration at 48 Weymouth Lane.

Encore Contracting was issued $10,000 for an alteration at 115 Riverview Bend S, Unit 2124.

Dacom Home Accents was issued $8,000 for an alteration at 17 Eastwood Drive.

Whitley Builders was issued $6,000 for an alteration at 8 Burnell Place.

A Certified Screen was issued $5,000 for an addition at 104 Arena Lake Drive.

 

Occupancy permits

Pamela Reese, an independent sales director, was issued a permit for training retail sales at 1 Florida Park Drive S, Unit 104.

Spectrum Sales Inc. was issued a permit for car sales at 18 Hargrove Grade, Unit 108.

Gary Lemay was issued a permit for Bedtops LLC, a mattress outlet, at 19
