Opulence by Spa Floridian offers free haircuts to teachers
Rosy Serrano-Hemingway of Opulence by Spa Floridian -- a Paul Mitchell Focus Salon -- will offer complementary haircuts for all Flagler County teachers on Feb. 23 and 25. A Paul Mitchell National Educator will be at the salon.
“We would like to show our appreciation to all the hard-working teachers that strive to shape the young minds in Flagler County,” Serrano-Hemingway said. “We have more exciting events planned for service personnel.”
Teachers will be required to show proof of employment and are asked to call the salon for an appointment.

Family Life Center gets new board members
Maria Scarol and Sallie Brinkley recently joined the Family Life Center’s board of directors. Brinkley is currently the Risk and Patient Relations Manager at Florida Hospital Flagler, and Scarol is currently a Sales and Service manager at Intracoastal Bank.

Florida Hospital Flagler has promoted Mary Hypes to serve as the nurse manager of the emergency department, and the hospital promoted Loxie Kistler to serve as infection control manager and preventionist.

Hallmark Properties recently added newly licensed agent Kevin Sheehan to its team. Sheehan will be covering Flagler County and concentrating on residential sales and first time buyers.
The law firm of Chiumento Selis Dwyer announced that attorney Douglas Scott Williams has joined its firm as a partner.
Palm Coast resident Khalid Muneer was recently installed as the new President of the Asian American Chamber of Commerce of Central Florida, and, with the new board, he was sworn in. Muneer is Broker/Owner of Jupiter Properties Inc.
