UPDATE: 5:30 P.M. FEB. 12:

Missing Flagler County 3-year-old Xander Quigley was found Feb. 12 after authorities tracked down his mother and her boyfriend — an escaped fugitive — in Flemingsburg, Kentucky after weeks of searching.

All three are safe and uninjured, according to a Volusia County Sheriff's Office news release. Xander is in protective custody until arrangements can be made to place him with family.

The 3-year-old had been missing since Jan. 22, when he disappeared with his mother, 24-year-old Natasha Quigley.

Quigley was suspected of stealing money, checks and a gun from her parents' Palm Coast home and helping 24-year-old Gary Bullock, her boyfriend, escape from a work release program associated with Tomoka Correctional in Volusia County.

U.S. Marshals took Quigley and Bullock into custody at about 3:30 p.m. Feb. 12, according to the release.

Bullock is charged with escape, destruction of an electronic monitor and criminal mischief, and Quigley has been charged with aiding escape. More charges are expected, according to the news release.

The U.S. Marshals Service Florida Caribbean Regional Fugitive Task Force and Central Kentucky Fugitive Task Force led the search.
