According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued tax receipts for Feb. 4-10:
The following is an update for permit activity in the city for Feb. 4-10. Total number of permits issued: 230. Since January 2009, $838,099,257 construction dollars have been invested in Palm Coast.
Commercial permits applications
Baston-Cook Company applied for an $185,000 application for a site development for a three-story and 32 bed addition at 60 Memorial Medical Parkway.
Certified General Contractors applied for an $150,000 application for alterations at CrossFit in Island Walk at 250 Palm Coast Parkway NE, Unit 604.
Residential permits issued
Ajax Building was issued $409,000 site development for the Arts Foundation at 1500 Central Ave.
Dav-Lin Interior Contracting was issued $75,000 for an alteration at Tropical Smoothie in Island Walk, 250 Palm Coast Parkway, Unit 203.
Mike Mullen was issued $9,000 for an alteration at Edible Arrangements, 1268 Palm Coast Parkway SW, Unit 203.
Tumbleson White Construction was issued $6,000 for a dumpster enclosure at 18 Florida Park Drive.
