Paul Martin, of Ormond Beach, for $360,000. Built in 2001, the house has five bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,945 square feet. No other qualified sales were listed.

Vanacore Homes Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 119 Chrysanthemum Drive to Timothy and Gene Hodgens, of Ormond Beach, for $237,000. Built in 2015, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,069 square feet. No other sales were listed.
D.R. Horton Inc., of Orlando, sold 274 River Vale Lane to Gerald and Ranae Wilson, of Auburn Hills, Michigan, for $227,497. Built in 2015, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,818 square feet. No other sales were listed.
