The following is a news release from the Flagler County Sheriff's Office:
The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office is notifying the community that a convicted sexual predator is now residing at 107 Ullian Trail, Apt. A in Palm Coast.
Robert Steven Hampton, 36, is 5 foot, 11 inches tall and weighs 210 pounds. He is a Caucasian man with blond hair and blue eyes. His criminal history includes four counts of lewd or lascivious exhibition of a victim under 16 by an offender 18 or older, and one count of failure to comply with registration as a sexual offender. Hampton is classified as a sexual predator per court order and is registered under Florida law.
“It is the policy of the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office to notify our community when a registered sexual predator moves to our county,’’ Sheriff James L. Manfre said. “This includes the local news media, Flagler County schools, all day care centers and all residents.’’
