A house with a lake view was the top real estate sales transaction for the week of Nov. 22-28 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Rebecca Legg, as trustee, and Maggie Horvat, of Garden City, Idaho, sold 69 Emerald Oaks Lane to Marshall Tobey, of Ormond Beach, for $535,000. Built in 2002, the house has four bedrooms, four baths, a fireplace, solar-heated swimming pool and 4,108 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $495,000.
Charles and Toni Roos, of Ormond Beach, sold 388 Muddy Creek Lane to Ronald Rasmussen, and Denise Livingston, of Ormond Beach, for $340,000. Built in 1992, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 3,217 square feet. No other sales were listed.
Timothy and Kristen Foli, of Volusia County, sold 155 Hamlet Trace to Jacob and Victoria West, of Ormond Beach, for $236,900. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,990 square feet. No other sales were listed.
