The Pirates' couldn't stop the Bulldogs when it mattered most.

The Flagler Palm Coast Bulldogs beat their crosstown rivals, the Matanzas Pirates, 45-32 Monday, Jan. 25, at FPC.

Senior Nysean Giddens led all scorers with 18 points for the Dawgs, and Gio Aybar followed with eight. For the Pirates, Devin Mathews led with 14 points, and Aaron Goodwin had six.
