Vanacore Homes, Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold the home at 45 Eastwood Drive to Thomas and Wanda Kimball, of Palm Coast, for $240,000. Built in 2015, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,928 square feet of living area.
