Tornado Warning in effect until 5:30 p.m. for Flagler County

Severe weather ahead of Tropical Storm Colin.

At 4:57 p.m., a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was identified in Bunnell, according to the National Weather Service. It was moving northeast at a rate of 30 mph.
