A condominum was the top real estate sales transaction for the week of May 1-7 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Richard Edison sold 3390 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 4020, to Jonathan and Allason Norris, of Cumming, Georgia, for $372,000. Built in 1984, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,720 square feet. It sold in 1990 for $115,000.
Stephanie and Robert Meyers, of St. Augustine, sold 1113 Parkside Drive to Kenneth Parks and Deborah Texter, of Ormond Beach, for $244,113. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,671 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $170,000.
Richard and Gisela Didonato sold 60 Sandpiper Lane to Katharine Morrison, of Amherst, New York, for $205,000. Built in 2000, the house has two bedrooms, one bath, a swimming pool and 1,244 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $175,000.
St. Augustine Ventures LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 1513 Springleaf Drive to Sean and Christina Dwyer, of Ormond Beach, for $191,000. Built in 2015, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,584 square feet.
Alan and Beatrix Daniel, of Ormond Beach, sold 47 Marjorie Trail to Richard Dronski and Samantha Davis, of Ormond Beach, for $180,000. Built in 1989, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,631 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $142,500.
Karl Palvisak, as trustee, sold 36 Old Macon Drive to Charles and Beatriz Mayer, of Ormond Beach, for $172,400. Built in 1997, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,568 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $128,106.
Teddy and Tracy Wilburn, of Ormond Beach, sold 145 E. Lindenwood Circle to Frank and Gay Iocco, of as trustees, for $160,000. Built in 1971, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,649 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $117,000.
NuView IRA Inc., a Florida corporation, sold 149 River Beach Drive to Gerard and Cynthia Boyle, of Cranford, New Jersey, and Kevin and Danielle Boyle, of Ormond Beach, for $155,000. Built in 1957, the house has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,232 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $119,000.
Homestream Network LLC sold 329 Grove St. to Michael and Lisa DeProto, of Ormond Beach, for $149,900. Built in 1966, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,500 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $85,000.
Jean Oberlin, of Ormond Beach, sold 23 Pleasant Drive to David and Elizabeth Linkinhoker, of Daytona Beach, for $147,000. Built in 1953, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,120 square feet.
Virginia Jones, of Deltona, sold 1309 Fairway Ave. to Larry and Diane Scarbrough, of Ormond Beach, for $125,500. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,113 square feet. It sold in 1978 for $35,500.

Kenneth and Jennifer Perry, individually and as trustees, sold 15 Crescent Lake Way to Witmer Holdings LLC, of Gainesville, for $327,500. Built in 2001, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,473 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $256,000.
Margaret Carroll, of Ormond Beach, sold 441 Chelsea Place Ave. to George Varounis, of Ormond Beach, for $252,000. Built in 2014, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,766 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $229,600.
Joe Hicks and Patricia McKenzie, individually and as trustees, sold 3228 Tralee Drive to George and Maria Remolina, of Ormond Beach, for $293,500. Built in 2014, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,919 square feet.

Four Corners Diversified Group Inc. sold 132 Holland Road to Marylin Fermanich and David McElroy, of Orlando, for $184,250. Built in 1958, the house has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,120 square feet. It sold in February for $142,000.
James and Shirley Masaitis, of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, sold 3110 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 411, to David and Linda Hayes, of Ormond Beach, for $177,000. Built in 1991, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,000 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $79,000.
Algima Dautartas, Vaidotas Augis and Joseph Augis, of Mentor, Ohio, sold 128 Ocean Grove Drive to Stephen and Lori Chaconas, of Flagler Beach, for $170,000. Built in 1971, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,453 square feet. It sold in 1978 for $49,000.
Arthur and Eileen Peterson, individually and as trustees, sold 22 Aqua Vista Drive to Fredrick Muscatello Jr., Emily Schlansky and Joyce Muscatello, of Maitland, for $169,000. Built in 1961, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,311 square feet. It sold in 1989 for $82,500.
Yvonne Hosch, of Ormond Beach, sold 2250 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 103, to Anthony and Miriam Potts, of Ormond Beach, for $145,000. Built in 1973, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 950 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $110,500.
