Commercial permits issued
Commercial Construction was issued a $125,000 permit for alterations at Havoc/Electrical at 6 Commerce Blvd.
Residential permits issued
Seagate Homes was issued $306,000 for a single-family residence at 26 Essex Lane.
Slone Construction was issued $300,000 for a single-family residence at 24 Eastland Lane.
Seagate Homes was issued $271,000 for a single-family residence at 35 Seattle Trail.
Auburn Homes Inc. was issued $250,000 for a single-family residence 66 Colechester Lane, Unit 3.
Auburn Homes Inc. was issued $235,000 for a single-family residence at 28 Sedgefield Path S.
Millers Screen Repair was issued $26,000 for an addition at 4 Webster Lane.
