According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued tax receipts for March 14-18:
The following is an update for permit activity in the city for March 14-18. Total number of permits issued: 158. Since January 2009, $861,540,989 construction dollars have been invested in Palm Coast.
Hammock Communities was issued a $7,000 permit for alterations for a pergola and paver patio at 2298 Colbert Lane.
Kehle Construction was issued a $3,000 permit for demolition to interior and roof at 77 Hargrove Grade.
ML Warwick was issued a $140,000 for a permit for alterations to Tropical Smoothie at 250 Palm Coast Parkway NE 203.
SE Cline was issued a $98,760 permit for site development (drainage and parking lot expansion) at 2 North Village Parkway.
Everlast Homes was issued a $272,000 permit for a single-family residence at 13 Sentinel Trail.
Holiday Builders was issued a $206,000 permit for a single-family residence at 22 Rybar Lane.
Maronda Homes was issued a $328,000 permit for a single-family residence at 35 Fitzgerald Lane.
Maronda Homes was issued a $175,000 permit for a single-family residence at 5 Kaiser Place.
Seagate Homes was issued a $293,000 permit for a single-family residence at 4 Ramble Way.
Duvilson and Yolette Eugene were issued a permit for Y&D Adult Family Care at 22 Woodfield Drive.
Mhai Nang Agraba was issued a permit for Wamu LLC, One Pharmacy at 28 Old Kings Road N Building 2, Units B and C.
Kevin Williams was issued a permit for Remix Martial Arts School at 160 Cypress Point Parkway D106.
Hawkins Construction was issued a $24,000 permit for alteration at 250 Palm Coast Parkway NE, Suite 214.
TWT Restaurant Design was issued a $350,000 permit for alteration at Metro Diner at 250 Palm Coast Parkway NE, Suite 205
Park Place Subdivision was issued a development order on March 11. Park Place is located at 89 Pine Grove Drive and will be Seagate’s newest 55-and-older community. It will include a 1,527-square-foot amenity building, in ground swimming pool, shuffleboard court and putting green.
Dollar General was issued a development order on March 11. Dollar General will be located at 20 Old Kings Road N. and will be a 7,500-square-foot retail site. The subject will be within close proximity of the new Island Walk.
RaceTrac was issued a development order on March 8. RaceTrac will be located at the corner of State Road 100 and Seminole Woods Parkway. The gas station will support 20 gas pumps and a 5,928-square-foot convenience store.
