Moe’s Southwest Grill will hold a soft opening May 5 with $5 burritos all day. The first 100 guests in line will receive a free t-shirt. Their Grand Opening will be May 11. Moe’s will have a “Pay What You Want” fundraiser to benefit Flagler Palm Coast High School and Matanzas High School. All proceed will go directly to the two schools. Customer will decide what price they want to pay for their meal and will then choose a school of their choice to donate it to. The school that raises the most money on opening day will receive an additional $1,000 from the Palm Coast Moe’s.
According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued tax receipts for April 25-April 29.
PERMITS
The following is an update for permit activity in the city for April 21-27. Total number of permits issued: 208. Since January 2009, $890,203,940 construction dollars have been invested in Palm Coast.
Commercial Permit Applications
Elfrnk Custom Contractors applied for $5,000 control shack, $3,000 vacuum enclosure, $9,000 dumpster and $9,000 detail and pay canopy at 110 Cypress Point Parkway.
McCumber Homes applied for $5,000 permit for interior renovations to 10 interior doors and $2,000 to create an opening between units C208 and C209 at 4500 Palm Coast Parkway.
City of Palm Coast applied for $10,000 permit for site development for wastewater treatment plans #2.
Stephen Kenny applied for a $17,000 permit for Salsas canopy/fencing at 250 Palm Coast Parkway unit 401.
Paulon Construction Management applied for a $375,000 permit for site development for Aspen Dental Office at 4873 Belle Terre Parkway.
