Odd customer service

3:28 p.m. — First Block of Aviator Way

Theft. The tour company owner said she hired the suspect to work as a travel agent. The suspect worked there until last week when she was terminated for using customers’ credit card numbers for “odd” transactions.

It is believed the suspect would sell a cruse for a price that was higher than the posted price on the cruise website. The suspect would then use the money to offer a discounted price to another customer.

The victim was not certain how the scheme worked to the suspect’s benefit.

Also, the victim said the suspect received $750 worth of credits toward a cruise, but the victim didn’t know if the credit cards used to acquire the cruises belonged to the suspect or her clients.

The victim supplied a list of the suspect’s clients to the officer.

Destructive raccoons

Car Break. The officer responded to a call about a car break. The victim said the night before, she heard sounds coming from outside. She assumed it was raccoons because they frequent the area.

The next morning she found the car door ajar and all of her CDs missing. Her door lock would not operate. Also, there was a scratch, possibly from a key, from the passenger door to the fuel tank. A plant by the house had been crushed as if stepped on.
