John and Romona Meneough, as trustees, sold 10 Tidewater Drive to Raul Rodas, of Ormond Beach, for $850,000. Built in 1987, the house has four bedrooms, four baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, boat lift, boat house and 4,506 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $630,000.

Barbara Tumbleson sold 72 Country Club Drive to Timothy and Tisha Jones, of Ormond Beach, for $445,428. Built in 1964, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,264 square feet. It sold in 1980 for $97,500.
Constance Treloar, individually and as trustee, sold 30 Bosarvey Circle to David and Kim Winbigler, as trustees, for $349,000. Built in 1965, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,311 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $315,000.
Roger and Patricia Fritts sold 1319 Northside Drive to Rebecca Cunningham, of Ormond Beach, for $230,000. Built in 1984, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,068 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $122,000.
