The Portuguese American Club hosted the Hope to Help Foundation’s Dance to Hope fundraiser May 22. The dance floor was filled with 120 dancers willing to learn new moves from Baile Explosivo dance professionals Dalia Irwin and Michaela King.

Two generous women, Denise Lorber and Lisa Maxwell, were responsible for gathering the volunteers for the Dance to Hope fundraiser, in part because their own friend Michele Prickett has cancer and was able to dance at the event with her family.
