Ormond Beach Elks award $5,400 in scholarships to seniors

Five students were awarded.

For the third consecutive year, the members and officers of the Ormond Beach Elks Lodge hosted graduating high school seniors and their parents at an awards dinner.

The following students received scholarship awards totaling $5,400: 

  • Ashley Beer, Seabreeze High School
  • Amanda Ogden, Seabreeze High School
  • Hannah Fox, Spruce Creek High School
  • Samantha Salema from Lincoln Park Academy

The monetary awards will be paid directly to the college or university of each student's choice, beginning with the fall 2016 semester.
