A house with nearly 5,000 square feet was the top real estate sales transaction for Sept. 18-24 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Timothy and Tisha Jones, of Ormond Beach, sold 42 Broadriver Road to Harry and Debra Moulis, of Ormond Beach, for $930,000. Built in 1996, the house has four bedrooms, 4.5 bath, boat dock, boat house, swimming pool and 4,969 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $1,275,000.
Ormond Beach
Jeffrey and Laura Burton, of Fountain Inn, South Carolina, sold 280 Warwick Ave. to Janet McGuire and Heather Barak, of Ormond Beach, for $262,500. Built in 1975, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,636 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $150,000.
James and Eva Teters, of Ormond Beach, sold 9 Fernery Trail to Kimberly Williams, of Ormond Beach, for $245,000. Built in 1991, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,504 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $255,000.
John Gould, of Daytona Beach, sold 915 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 7030, to Leslie Bublin, of Northfield, Michigan, for $225,000. Built in 1972, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,175 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $185,000.
Kellee Washington, as trustee, sold 29 Chrysanthemum Drive to Benjamin and Angela Gillespie, of Ormond Beach, for$223,900. Built in 2008, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,912 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $205,000.
Betty Young sold 55 Oak Ave. to Charles and Denise Cooke, of Ormond Beach, for $162,000. Built in 1975, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,324 square feet. It sold in 1987 for $69,000.
Tony and Deborah Lather, of Ormond Beach, sold 75 N. Capri Drive to Richard Pence, of Ormond Beach, for $100,000. Built in 1961, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,116 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $92,000.
Chelsea Place
HF Commercial Residential LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 490 Chelsea Place Ave. to Jop Tannous and Gisele Khawand, of Ormond Beach, for $372,553. Built in 2016, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,734 square feet.
Northbrook
John and Dorothy Saloki, of Ormond Beach, sold 911 Northbrook Drive to Donna Gilbert, of Ormond Beach, for $188,000. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, barn, swimming pool and 1,542 square feet. It sold in 1979 for $56,200.
Joseph Gallagher IV, Penny Parks and Daniel Gallagher, individually and as trustees, sold 916 Northbrook Drive to Deborah DeWitt and Steven Harris, of Ormond Beach, for $160,000. Built in 1978, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,504 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $118,000.
Plantation Bay
Prestwick of Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 793 Aldenham Lane to Kim Peran and Edward Dowling, of Ormond Beach, for $254,275. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,078 square feet.
Plantation Pines
Bobbye Miller, of Ormond Beach, sold 3734 Pine Cone Lane to Kylee Miller, of Deerfield Beach, for $245,999. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,392 square feet.
The Trails
David and Jacqueline Bailey, of Ormond Beach, sold 3 Fox Run Trail to Amber Davids, of Daytona Beach, for $185,000. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,618 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $182,000.
Daniel and Pamela Kixmiller, individually and as trustees, sold 31 Indian Trail to Pamela Underwood, of Ormond Beach, for $179,900. Built in 1983, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 1,874 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $140,000.
Brian Padgett, of Ormond Beach, sold 37 Cherokee Trail, Unit 37, to Gordon Ezzell, of Ormond Beach, for $173,000. Built in 1981, the townhouse has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,400 square feet. It sold in 1981 for $61,000.
Trails South Forty
Robert and Eileen Stone, of Ormond Beach, sold 120 Horseshoe Trail to Harry Maynard, of Ormond Beach, for $172,000. Built in 1983, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,821 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $160,000.
Ormond-by-the-Sea
Kenneth and Carol Cooke, Curtis Cooke and Crista Cooke, and Randy and Catherine Neubert, of Knoxville, Tennessee, sold 3360 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 2040, for $207,000. Built in 1983, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,275 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $148,000.
Rosemary Bahr, of Greendale, Wisconsin, sold 3110 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 3140, to Sherrie Collison, of Edgewater, Maryland, for $185,000. Built in 1991, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,000 square feet. It sold in 1991 for $83,900.
