A house with access to the Halifax River was the top real estate sales transaction for Sept. 25 to Oct. 1 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. James and Melynne Rust, of Ormond Beach, sold 94 N. Beach St. to Ashley Lentz, of Ormond Beach, for $819,000. Built in 1998, the house has five bedrooms, four baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, boat house, boat dock and 3,444 square feet.
Ormond Beach
Salman Ahmed, of Port Orange, sold 28 Kingsbridge Crossing to Amanda Hayes, of Ormond Beach, for $350,000. Built in 1998, the house has five bedrooms, four baths, a swimming pool, fireplace and 3,675 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $350,000.
Beau Bergner, individually and as trustee, sold 1232 Hampstead Lane to Bradley and Michelle Turnquist, of Ormond Beach, for $290,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,965 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $252,500.
Amber Long sold 406 Black Oak Lane to Robyn Kamholtz, of Ormond Beach, for $278,000. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,260 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $240,000.
St. Augustine Ventures LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 1421 Spring Leaf Drive to Nicholas and Gynni Diloreto, of Ormond Beach, for $198,400. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,587 square feet.
George and Marie Tomsu, individually and as trustees, sold 1497 Springleaf Drive to Andrew and Jennifer Simso, of Ormond Beach, for $197,000. Built in 2015, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,603 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $189,000.
Philip Armacida, of Carmel, New York, sold 27 Brookwood Drive to Justin and Brittany Willis, of Ormond Beach, for $162,000. Built in 1971, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,484 square feet. It sold in 1983 for $65,000.
Martha Glosser, of Ormond Beach, sold 61 Magnolia Ave. to Morgan Brown, of Ormond Beach, for $150,000. Built in 1966, the house has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,388 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $110,000.
Evan and Carine Zrodlowski sold 5 Greenfern Circle to Sonia Catalan, of Ormond Beach, for $132,000. Built in 1981, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,183 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $122,500.

James and Catherine McDonough, of Ellington, Connecticut, sold 3610 Mallow Drive to Oscar and Jennifer Rodriguez, of Ormond Beach, for $364,900. Built in 2001, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,388 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $344,900.
Linda Pigott sold 3904 Tano Drive to Nicholas and Kileigh Smith, of Ormond Beach, for $275,000. Built in 1987, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,012 square feet. It sold in 1987 for $126,000.

John Gibson and Anna Vazquez, of Leesburg, sold 20 Foxfield Look to Daniel and Jordan Sandkamp, of Ormond Beach, for $238,000. Built 2011, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,833 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $174,900.

Alan and Frances Johnson, of Anthony, sold 68 Lakebluff Drive to James and Amy Nettles, of Ormond Beach, for $435,000. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,913 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $343,000.
Ormond Terrace
Vicki Hughes, Larry Rife and Hillen Rife, of Ormond Beach, sold 237 Greenwood Ave. to Dawn Wind and Brandon Schweickert, of Ormond Beach, for $172,000. Built in 1969, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,788 square feet. It sold in 1992 for $75,000.

Mimi Brunet and Louise Thibaudeau, of Quebec, sold 2294 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 203, to Rosel McAndrews, of Ormond Beach, for $190,000. Built in 1985, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,121 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $177,000.
Douglas and Teresa Weichman sold 22 River Drive to Barbara Wipperfurth, of Ormond Beach, for $166,100. Built in 1952, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 912 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $122,500.
