Robert Gein, of Palm Coast, sold 500 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 441, to Kenneth and Patricia Buback, as trustees, for $520,000. Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 2003 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $775,200.

Kjell and Eva Larsson, of Palm Coast, sold 300 Bella Harbor Court, Unit 114, to Billy and Darlene Brue, of Fayetteville, Georgia, for $328,000. Built in 2006, the condo has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,325 square feet.
Hendrik and Vivienne Figge, of England, sold 100 San Juan Drive, Unit A201, to Robert and Mary Cratty, of Plymouth, Vermont, for $190,000. Built in 2002, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,463 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $167,900.
Doreen Platt, of Soddy-Daisy, Tennessee, sold 28 Oxford Lane, Unit 28, to Kathryn Smith, of Sussex, New Jersey, for $102,000. Built in 1984, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,098 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $74,000.
Deutsche Bank, as trustee, sold 5 Ferdinand Lane to Geri Ellis, of Palm Coast, for $94,000. Built in 1973, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,368 square feet. It sold in 1987 for $40,300.
