A house with a lake view near the ocean was the top seller for the week of Oct. 13-19. Ronald and Susan Fish, of Palm Coast, sold 27 San Gabriel Lane to Joel and Lois Brennan, of Palm Coast, for $875,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool, fireplace and 3,266 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $1,175,000.
Palm Coast
Thomas and Betty Gilbert, of Lake Wales, sold 23 Viscaya Lane, Unit 2002, to William Barnard, of Alachua, for $234,500. Built in 1999, the condo has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,837 square feet. It sold in 2013 foe $215,000.
Dawn Cavallo and Palmage Hall, of Summerfield, sold 200 Riverfront Drive, Unit D-203, to Peter W. Phillips Life Estate, of Palm Coast, for $195,000. Built in 2006, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,762 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $205,000.
Martha Sedlock, of Palm Coast, sold 12 Hembury Lane to Jean Manheimer, of Lexington, South Carolina, for $108,000. Built in 1988, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,098 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $62,000.
Flagler Beach
William and Mona Shestak, of Orlando, sold 200 Marina Bay Drive, Unit 301, to Kenneth Furlow and Linda Kilmer, of Miami, for $242,000. Built in 2001, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,020 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $182,500.

Glenn Fairchild, individually and as trustee, sold 12 Princess Kim Lane to Michael Clark, of Palm Coast, for $169,000. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,408 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $108,000.

Douglas Daniel and Denise Warfield, as representatives, sold 14 Clear Court to Robert and Traci Mansour, of Palm Coast, for $260,000. Built in 1991, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,578 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $155,000.

Michael Rosenburg, of Brooklyn, sold 26 Pine Cedar Drive to Sam Lisoski, of Palm Coast, for $155,000. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,290 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $174,600.

Paluh’s Integrity Home Buyer’s LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 55 Wellington Drive to Shannon Holland, of Charleston, South Carolina, for $186,500. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,600 square feet. It sold in January for $110,000.

Mohammed Afghani and Lea Atiq, of Skokie, Illinois, sold 4 Zanzibar Balsan Court to Frederick and Andrea Gabriel for $154,000. Built in 1986, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,481 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $172,000.
