Built in 2001, the house has six bedrooms, seven baths, two half-baths, a boat dock, boathouse, swimming pool, fireplace and 13,482 square feet.

Deborah Murphy, of Stony Brook, New York, sold 51 Blakemore Drive to Michael and Ziatta Michaels, of Palm Coast, for $146,000. Built in 1985, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,750 square feet. It sold in 20007 for $195,000.
