Realty Pros Assured and Prudential Transact Realty merged earlier this month, adding a commercial real estate division and a new 3,000-square foot office to the company.
"The phone call I got from Sheriff (former broker and owner of Prudential) was one of the most exciting phone calls I've had in a long time," said Realty Pros Assured Broker Bill Navarra. "Buzzy Porter and I were over the moon when he called."
The merger brought in a new commercial division to the company, that is currently finalizing a lease on a space on beach side in Daytona Beach. The residential agents merged with the Realty Pros office in Ormond-By-The-Sea.
Realty Pros is also building a new office on West Granada Boulevard that will include their title company and a training center. A dental practice and an eyeglass doctor with retail will also share the space.
