Built in 2012, the house has a swimming pool, fireplace and 3,329 square feet.

Christiana Trust, as trustee, sold 5 Wilderness Run to Elli and Kimberly Calidonio, of Flagler Beach, for $320,000. Built in 1996, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, two half-baths, a swimming pool, fireplace and 3,067 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $525,000.

Stephen Lawler, individually and as trustee, sold 15 Penn Manor Lane to William and Katherine Carroll, of Palm Coast, for $135,000. Built in 1986, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,336 square feet. It sold in 1993 for $82,000.
