All Volusia County schools will be closed Thursday and Friday, Oct. 6 and 7, due to the Hurricane Matthew.  Follow Volusia County Schools on Facebook and Twitter for the latest school-related updates.  The school system will continue normal operations Wednesday, Oct. 5, including athletic events and extended day.
