Historical Bus Tour
9:45 a.m. from The Casements parking lot, 25 Riverside Drive. Presented by the Ormond Beach Historical Society. This two-hour tour 30 sites on the route. Meditation in the Galleries with Alexandrea Tocco
6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Ormond Memorial Art Museum. In this one hour meditation allow yourself the gift of quieting the mind and illuminating your inner world. With guided visualizations, give your subconscious plane the chance to awaken, allowing the worries of the physical world to be put to rest. Understand and approach the obstacles, passions, and gut feelings that motivate your day to day life from a positive and free perspective. Cost is $15 for members and $17 for nonmembers.
Prepared Childbirth Classes
7 p.m. at Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center Medical Office Building, Classroom B, 305 Memorial Medical Pkwy., Daytona Beach. Classes meet every Thursday until Nov. 10. Topics will include labor and delivery, medications, breathing and relaxation techniques, induction and Cesarean section. The cost for the four-week series is $50 per couple. Kopy Kats Musical
7:30 p.m. at the Ormond Beach Performing Arts Center. Florida’s seasoned local performers from Volusia and Flagler counties take the stage to bring you another energetic two-hour showcase of entertainment wrapped in bright lights, dazzling costumes, creative choreography and staging.
