A house on the Halifax River was the top real estate sales transaction for Sept. 4-10 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Michael and Cynthia Moore sold 2032 John Anderson Drive to Cynthia Politis, of Ormond Beach, for $1,000,000. Built in 1992, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, three half-baths, a fireplace, boat house, boat dock, swimming pool and 4,013 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $957,500.
Ormond Beach
3272 State Road 40 LLC sold 3272 S.R. 40 to Deborah Gilmore, of Ormond Beach, for $550,000. Built in 1970, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, storage building and 2,919 square feet.
Ryan and Denise Kennedy, of Tennessee, sold 945 Holly Circle to Melva and Paul Austin, of Ormond Beach, for $349,000. Built in 1966, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,478 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $138,000.
Sheila Howard, individually and as trustee, sold 10 Greenvale Drive to Michael and Holly Angel, as trustees, for $270,010. Built in 1994, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,860 square feet.
John and Migdalia Torres, of Coral Springs, sold 10 Cumberland Ave. to Gerardo and Francesca Masi, of Ormond Beach, for $260,000. Built in 1973, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 3,224 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $170,000.
Ty Lohman, of Ormond Beach, sold 753 Peninsula Drive to Israel and Francesca Pellot, of Ormond Beach, for $246,000. Built in 1958, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,643 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $106,000.
John Klosin III, of Ormond Beach, and Jane Snyder, of Brick, New Jersey, sold 89 S. Atlantic Ave., Unit 804, to Donald and Greta Daigle, of Ormond Beach, for $205,000. Built in 1979, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,200 square feet. It sold in 1980 for $65,700.
James Anderson, of Edina, Minnesota, sold 106 Magnolia Drive to John Welsh Jr., of Ormond Beach, for $175,000. Built in 1954, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,020 square feet. It sold in 1977 for $39,500.
Charles and Amelia Mecklem, of Ormond Beach, sold 36 Snaresbrook Court to Stephen and Beverly Corrington, of Ormond Beach, for $165,000. Built in 1977, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,321 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $105,000.
LSMP LLC, of New Smyrna Beach, sold 25 Misners Trail Karen and Edward Esposito, of Sayville, New York, for $158,500. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,638 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $135,000.
Joseph and Magdolna Hutzler, of Ormond Beach, sold 840 Buena Vista Ave. to Nelson and Melinda Weaver, of Ormond Beach, for $149,000. Built in 1949, the house has two bedrooms, one bath, a swimming pool and 1,334 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $70,000.
Kristen Myerscough and Thomas Flynn, of Ormond Beach, sold 1020 Calle Grande St. to Hernan and Vilma Gutierrez, of Ormond Beach, for $135,000. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,140 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $145,900.
Arthur and Grethe Kline, of Daytona Beach, sold 210 Lemon Tree, Unit 4, to Rebecca and Nathan Irvin, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, for $90,000. Built in 1984, the condo has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,262 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $82,000.
Patricia Graham, as trustee, sold 21 Fair Oaks Circle to Ronald Drolett, of Homosassa, for $85,000. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,339 square feet. It sold in 1994 for $56,500.

Richard and Maria Cazares, of New Smyrna Beach, sold 35 Abacus Ave. to Michael and Susan Gerrard, of Westport, Massachusetts, for $255,000. Built in 2014, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,672 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $249,400.
Oak Forest
James Heckert, of Ormond Beach, sold 8 Walden Lane to Ronald and Kathleen Hackl, of San Lorenzo, California, for $220,000. Built in 1985, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,782 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $150,000.
Plantation Bay
Elvie and Dianna Deckard sold 1151 Kilkenny Lane to Alice and Jack Sullivan, of Ormond Beach, for $274,500. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,910 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $326,900.
Prestwick of Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 807 Aldenham Lane to Jonathan and Janice Law, of Ormond Beach, for $239,270. Built in 2016, the villa has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,562 square feet.
John Shafner sold 907 Woodstream Lane to William Rebarick, of Ormond Beach, for $190,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,607 square feet.
Ormond-by-the-Sea
Eric and Rebecca Goldenberg, of New Smyrna Beach, sold 2926 Anchor Drive to Paula Breen and Dorothea Nelson, of Southold, New York, for $311,500. Built in 1967, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,425 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $173,500.
Michael and Heather Haupt, of Port Orange, sold 40 Sandra Drive to Richard and Kim Gardner, of Ormond Beach, for $220,000. Built in 1976, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,631 square feet. It sold in 1995 for $87,500.
Starr Real Estate LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 159 Laurie Drive to Appearance Pros LLC, of St. Augustine, for $167,000. Built in 1957, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 772 square feet. It sold in May for $115,000.
Keith and Lisa Peel, of Lexington, Kentucky, sold 3110 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 3090, to Michael and Dana Chenault, of Ormond Beach, for $165,000. Built in 1991, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 873 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $259,900.
Dee Haag, individually and as trustee, sold 3180 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 511, to Sarah Keller, of Ormond Beach, for $157,000. Built in 1994, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 876 waure feet. It sold in 2002 for $168,000.
Anthony and Rose Matassa, sold 36 Carol Road to Carlos Caquias, of Ormond Beach, for $134,000. Built in 1961, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 784 square feet. It sold in 1988 for $50,000.
