A house on the Halifax River was the top real estate sales transaction for Sept. 11-17 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Thomas Boulter, of Ormond Beach, sold 3212 John Anderson Drive to Billy Owen Jr. and Laura Pancoast, of Ormond Beach, for $825,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock and 3,593 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $875,000.
Ormond Beach
Thomas and Jillian Upchurch, of Daytona Beach, sold 6 Riverside Circle to Noel and Tracy Taylor-Tocci, of Ormond Beach, for $629,000. Built in 1987, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, two fireplaces, a swimming pool and 3,279 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $445,000.
William Quinn, of New York, sold 901 S. Atlantic Ave., Unit 206, to Danny and Christine Jones, of Ormond Beach, for $310,000. Built in 1980, the condo has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,854 square feet. It sold in 1991 for $153,000.
Robert and Shirley Hill, of Edgewater, sold 125 Banyan Drive to James Mehle and Kathy Harrod, of Ormond Beach, for $266,000. Built in 1963, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,341 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $181,000.
Vanacore Homes Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 43 Chrysanthemum Drive to Brian Wood, of Ormond Beach, for $265,000. Built in 2015, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,417 square feet.
DR Horton Inc., of Orlando, sold 326 River Vale Lane to Harry and Sonia DeJesus, of Ormond Beach, for $264,000. Built in 2016, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,485 square feet.
Wendy Barger and Robert Waxman, of Pasadena, Florida, sold 1 John Anderson Drive, Unit 3100, to Lois Laudenslager, as trustee, for $225,000. Built in 1996, the condo has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,230 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $200,000.
Jack Davenport, of Holly Hill, sold 210 Greenbriar Ave. to Dragan Dragojevic, of Ormond Beach, for $162,000. Built in 1965, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,664 square feet. It sold in 1972 for $31,000.
Rachel and Ted Cook, of DeBary, sold 6 Woodland Circle to Dennis and Rebecca Wilson, of Ormond Beach, for $135,000. Built in 1983, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,382 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $88,000.

Edward Smith III, of Nashua, New Hampshire, sold 2 Fox Cliff Way to Joseph Dubeau and Natalia Osorio, of Ormond Beach, for $299,900. Built in 1998, the house has five bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 1,932 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $370,000.

CP and HG Residential Lots LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 449 Chelsea Place to Jackie Johnson, of Ormond Beach, for $331,390. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,815 square feet.
Halifax Plantation
George and Rosalie Lehan sold 1449 Ioni Court to Tara O'Dwyer and Kenneth Manderville Jr., of Ormond Beach, for $395,000. Built in 1994, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,312 square feet.
Edwin Nigh Jr. and Sallie Brinkley, of Ormond Beach, sold 4082 Acoma Drive to Roger and Myra Wittenberg, of Ormond Beach, for $288,000. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,888 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $225,000.
William and Elaine Tillard, of Ormond Beach, sold 3192 Connemara Drive to Gary and Janice Caudill, of Ormond Beach, for $272,500. Built in 2014, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,919 square feet.

Gaston and Vickie Viscarra, of Ormond Beach, sold 58 Thornhill Chase Circle to Phuc Tran and MyLoan NguyenPhu, of Ormond Beach, for $275,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,078 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $317,800.

William and Brenda Carter, and Gail Butler sold 7 Heather Lane to James and Angie Pritchett, of Ormond Beach, for $239,000. Built in 1981, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,933 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $152,000.

Prestwick at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 1205 Kilkenny Court to Deanna Robertson, of Ormond Beach, for $227,000. Built in 2015, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,081 square feet.

Ormond Ocean Venture LLC, of Gainesville, sold 1425 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 103, to Brian and Norma Chan-A-Sue, of Weston, for $555,000. Built in 2006, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,390 square feet.
Ekrem and Zehida Buljina, of Daytona Beach, sold 108 Sandpiper Ridge Drive to Claudette and Steven Weaver, as co-trustees, for $365,000. Built in 2002, the house has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,365 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $490,000.
Andrea Pelletier and Ronald Pugh sold 37 River Shore Blvd. to John LaForte, of Ormond Beach, for $172,900. Built in 1956, the house has two bedrooms, one baths and 756 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $173,900.
John and Alyce DiSiena, of Ormond Beach, sold 2810 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 28, to James and Gina Gioino, of Staten Island, for $165,000. Built in 1971, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,216 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $95,000.
Mario Vandenedes, of Miami, sold 35 Briggs Drive to Charles and Susan Walker, of Port Orange, for $160,000. Built in 1958, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,115 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $150,000.
TC Managed Properties LLC sold 36 Palmetto Drive to Starr Real Estate LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $115,000. Built in 1954, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 700 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $129,000.
