A house in Oak Forest on the Halifax River was the top real estate sales transaction for the week of July 17-23 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Richard and Virginia Conrad, as trustees, sold 1509 Oak Forest Drive to Naresh Patel and Vaishali Amin, of Ormond Beach, for $645,000. Built in 1980, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, boat dock, swimming pool and 2,938 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $585,000. Ormond Beach
Toula Klironomos, of Daytona Beach, sold 158 Harvard Drive to Jonathan Curylo, of Ormond Beach, for $289,000. Built in 1963, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,664 square feet. It sold in 1981 for $100,000.
SHG Financial LLC sold 1304 Northside Drive to Sarah Stratton, of Ormond Beach, for $242,500. Built in 1983, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,846 square feet. It sold in 1987 for $105,000.
Thomas and Linda Rainsford, of Richmond, Virginia, sold 40 Woodbourne Lane to Josiane Abel and Ronald Sandrin-Litt, of Homestead, for $214,900. Built in 1976, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,710 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $163,000.
Benjamin and Kaitlin Gordon, of Ormond Beach, sold 83 Dix Ave. to Elizabeth Putnam, of Ormond Beach, for $150,000. Built in 1934, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,617 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $90,000.
Shirley Sparaco, of Ormond Beach, sold 97 Hickory Hills Circle to James Landry and Erin Roszak, of Ormond Beach, for $150,000. Built in 1976, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,384 square feet. It sold in 1988 for $58,000.
Margaret Flanagan, individually and as trustee, sold 103 N. Capri Drive to George and Sandra Holcomb, and Marjorie Drawdy, of Ormond Beach, for $149,000. Built in 1961, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,560 square feet. It sold in 1972 for $25,000.
Kathryn Voltoline, Robin Phillips and Jeffrey Thompson, of Ormond Beach, sold 774 Hand Ave. to Timothy and Marie Delaney, of Ormond Beach, for $145,000. Built in 1975, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,487 square feet. It sold in 1980 for $51,000.

Gary and Eileen Hamme, of Melbourne, sold 2 Crooked Bridge Way to George and Teresa Frugoli, of Ormond Beach, for $580,000. Built in 1990, the house has five bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 4,841 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $589,000.
Anthony and Christi McLoughlin, of Ormond Beach, sold 57 Circle Creek Way to James Mazza and Donna McGinness-Mazza, of Miller Place, New York, for $245,000. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,955 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $158,440.

Peter DiSano, of Ormond Beach, sold 3149 Kailani Court to Carrolyn Delarosby, of Ormond Beach, for $198,900. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,684 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $210,000.

Gerald and Cathy Dalton, of Ormond Beach, sold 1165 Kilkenny Lane to Frederic and Mary Brown, of Ormond Beach, for $255,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,730 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $236,000.

David and Judy Monaco, of Ormond Beach, sold 136 River Bluff Drive to Michael and Stefanie Ibison, of Ormond Beach, for $365,000. Built in 1978, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,661 square feet.

Robert and Laura Catarra, of Hopkinton, Massachusetts, sold 1155 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 402, to Robert and Marilyn Hunter, as trustees, for $238,500. Built in 1972, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,065 square feet. It sold in 1988 for $109,500.
Roger and Janet Nutt, of Ormond Beach, sold 120 Imperial Heights Drive to Walking on Water Beach Properties LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $228,000. Built in 1964, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a swimming pool and 1,738 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $162,500.
