A house on a deep-water canal was the top real estate sales transaction for the week of July 28 to Aug. 3. Nicholas and Mary Nicastro, of The Villages, sold 34 Old Oak Drive N. to Robert and Cynthia Desimone, of Palm Coast, for $725,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a boat dock, boat house, swimming pool, fireplace and 2,940 square feet. Following is a sample of other homes sold that week.
Armand Beach
Patricia McGinnis, of Corona, California, sold 12 Ocean Dune Circle to Paul and Donna Rooney, of Apopka, for $575,000. Built in 1997, the house has four bedrooms, four baths, a fireplace and 3,018 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $556,800.
Cypress Knoll
Donald and Barbara Darby, as trustees, sold 17 Ellison Lane to Francis and Joanne Scheideler, of Howell, New Jersey, for $240,000. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,181 square feet.
Grand Haven
Jerome and Diane Hurd, individually and as trustees, sold 33 Front St. to John and Kathryn Aveni, of Haverhill, Massachusetts, for $703,500. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, three baths , a boat dock and 2,566 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $292,500.
Hammock Dunes
Deborah Miller and others sold 13 Via Capri to SHF Properties LLC for $300,000. Built in 1991, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,065 square feet. It sold in 1991 for $284,000.
Indian Trails
Troy and Terri Willrick, of Palm Coast, sold 27 Bannerwood Lane to Terrill Hurlburt, of Palm Coast, for $307,000. Built in 2003, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,013 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $291,000.
Randi and John Shelby, of Satsuma, sold 160 Birchwood Drive to William Goodhue, of Augusta, Maine, for $193,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,69 square feet.
Lehigh Woods
Vazquez and Associate Properties LLC, of Coral Springs, sold 102 Raemoor Drive to Lucille Wiederman, of Palm Coast, for $135,000. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,075 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $120,000.
Matanzas Woods
Karyn Paglierani, individually and as trustee, sold 25 Lema Lane to Barry and Shellie Day, of Palm Coast, for $169,900. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,647 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $212,000.
Ocean Palm
Virginia and Lee Pennington, of Flagler Beach, sold 273 Ocean Palm Drive to R.M. Dorian and K.A. Thompson for $298,000. Built in 1984, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,550 square feet.
Palm Coast Plantation
William Edwards II, of New Taipei City, sold 202 Heron Drive to William and Karol Buckmaster, of Palm Coast, for $375,000. Built in 2013, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,318 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $375,000.
Palm Harbor
Nicole Countryman, individually and as trustee, and Keith Countryman, of Palm Coast, sold 163 Florida Park Drive to Karen Heinz, of Oakdale, Pennsylvania, for $345,000. Built in 1986, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool, boat dock and 2,194 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $159,000.
Brian and Hiram Miranda, of Oakland Park, sold 22 Ferguson Court to Daniel and Maricruz McDermott, of Palm Coast, for $235,000. Built in 1974, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,716 square feet. It sold 2009 for $225,000.
Maren Mannella, of Jacksonville, sold 24 Fortress Place to Randy and Sandra Grewell, of Palm Coast, for $235,000. Built in 1995, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,034 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $256,000.
Maria and Edward Lebre, individually and as trustees, sold 9 Franklin Way to Claudino and Rosa Lucas, of Indian Path Millstone, New Jersey, for $225,000. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,542 square feet.
Yakov Belkin, of Brooklyn, sold 16 Farnell Lane to Julie Sandoval, of Pasadena, California, for $192,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,921 square feet.
Paula Tonich, of Palm Coast, sold 36 Frontier Drive to Devon Taylor and Luke Somerville, of Palm Cost, for $148,000. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,622 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $122,000.

Holiday Builders Inc., of Melbourne, sold 66 Pilgrim Drive to Jessica Sitarik, of Palm Coast, for $242,092. Built in 2016, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,381 square feet.
Diana Barry, of Palm Coast, sold 12 Poplar Drive to Frank Meekins, of Palm Coast, for $190,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,852 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $199,900.
Leonora Lozada and Eleanor Odenbach, of Pasadena, California, and Aurora Lozada, of Palm Coast, sold 8 Pine Crest Lane to Johns Krebs and Kristopher Krebs, of Palm Coast, for $160,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,026 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $180,000.

Larraine Parker and Shea and Charles Cordell, of Palm Coast, sold 40 Crystal Bay Court to Paul and Carlene Seppala, of Boonton, New Jersey, for $460,000. Built in 1997, the house has four bedrooms, four baths, a boat dock, swimming pool and 2,938 square feet.

FF Florida Southern Holdings LLLP, of Daytona Beach, sold 630 Woodbridge Drive to Lee and Kathy Hoellen, of Ormond Beach, for $508,000. Built in 2015, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 3,120 square feet.
Intervest at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 662 South Lake Drive to Robert and Mona Reid, as co-trustees, for $426,530. Built in 2016, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,516 square feet.

Jacques Magras sold 6247 Mango Ave. to Jacques Magras, as trustee, for $149,900. Built in 1992, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,035 square feet.
Seminole Woods
Jack and Zena Ward, of Holly Hill, sold 1 Seattle Trail to Daniel Brandenberger, of Palm Coast, for $245,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,819 square feet.
Adams Homes of Northwest Florida Inc., of Gulf Breeze, sold 4 Seaton Valley Path to Joseph and Catherine Vitello, of Palm Coast, for $221,400. Built in 2016, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,265 square feet.
Venice Park
Joseph Patrick and Julie McCollough-Patrick, of Flagler Beach, sold 164 Palmetto Ave. N. to Jared and Theary Ritter, of Flagler Beach, for $465,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a boat dock, boat house and 2,262 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $400,000.
CitiMortgage Inc., of O’Fallon, Missouri, sold 5 Buffalo Grove Place to Patrick Petrushka, of Palm Coast, for $145,000. Built in 2003, the house has five bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,941 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $142,900.
