A house on the Halifax River was the top real estate sales transaction for the week of July 24-30 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. T.J. Cloar III, individually and as trustee, sold 360 John Anderson Drive to Harold Buchanan and Brenda Campbell, of Ormond Beach, for $1,350,000. Built in 1997, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 4,208 square feet. The following list is a sample of other sales that week.
Ormond Beach
James and Tammy Parks, of Ormond Beach, sold 17 Appaloosa Lane to Elton and Jennifer Powers, of Ormond Beach, for $250,000. Built in 1976, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, guest house, barn and 1,832 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $235,000.
Eleanor Shumaker, of Arvada, Colorado, sold 169 Pierside Drive to Joan Zelenka, of Ormond Beach, for $235,000. Built in 1987, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,381 square feet. It sold in 1990 for $100,000.
Michael Mueller, of Las Vegas, and Carol Mueller, of Jacksonville, sold 35 Marjorie Trail to Paul and Jodi Rosen, of Ormond Beach, for $220,000. Built in 1990, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,207 square feet. It sold in 1991 for $134,500.
Douglas and Carol McClelland, of Ormond Beach, sold 330 Groover Creek Crossing to Linda and Loren Hartman, of Ormond Beach, for $210,000. Built in 1984, the house has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,439 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $135,000.
Jeffrey Paterson, as trustee, sold 9 King Edward Drive to John Christaldi Jr., of Ormond Beach, for $170,000. Built in 1994, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,312 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $129,000.
Kurt and Janice Wipperfurth sold 92 Magnolia Ave. to George Thompson for $160,000. Built in 1974, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,717 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $240,000.
Homestream Network LLC sold 524 Hand Ave. to Stuart and Amanda Boetcher, of Jacksonville, for $159,900. Built in 1976, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,467 square feet. It sold in 1980 for $48,000.
Debra Mann, of Ormond Beach, sold 1035 Calle Grande St. to Eugene and Ashley Franks, of Ormond Beach, for $135,000. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,365 square feet. It sold in 1994 for $69,500.
Kenneth and Deborah Cerveny sold 253 Greenwood Ave. to Rental Properties LLC, of Bellingham, Washington, for $85,000. Built in 1973, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,656 square feet.
Halifax Plantation
Primestar Fund I TRS Inc., of Odessa, sold 3316 Westmeath Drive to Richard and Cynthia Lackner, of West Babylon, New York, for $319,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, two fireplaces, a swimming pool and 2,520 square feet.
Robert and Karen Engler, individually and as trustee, sold 3304 Newbliss Circle to Terese Niemes, of Ormond Beach, for $232,500. Built in 1995, the house has two bedrooms two baths and 1,775 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $212,000.
Hunter’s Ridge
Matthew and Paula Ochsman, of Potomac, Maryland, sold 3 Foxcroft Run to Jason Diaz, of Ormond Beach, for $530,000. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 4,015 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $400,000.
Adam and Megan Winnie, of Ormond Beach sold 37 Pergola Place to James and Phoebe Holloway, of Ormond Beach, for $225,000. Built in 2010, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,920 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $144,990.
Ormond Lakes
John and Melinda Andrisen, of Ormond Beach, sold 42 Emerald Oaks Lane to Carlos and Tatyana Montalvo, of Ormond Beach, for $555,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fire place, swimming pool and 3,413 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $525,000.
Mitko Limbevski, of Elmwood Park, New Jersey, sold 25 Camp McRae Lane to Ryan and Bianca Deising, of Ormond Beach, for $284,200. Built in 2007, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 3,031 square feet.
Peter Beaudet, of Ormond Beach, sold 24 Jolynn Drive to Rebecca Mitchell, of Ormond Beach, for $247,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,913 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $340,000.
Plantation Bay
Michael and Genevieve Allocco, of Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina, sold 568 Aldenham Lane to Linda Boissonneault, of Ormond Beach, for $275,500. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,091 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $394,344.
Geraldine Shrout, individually and as trustee, sold 1309 Sunningdale Lane to Michael and Robin Alessi, of Hudson, New York, for $238,000. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,151 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $150,315.
Jeffrey and Julia Redner, of Horseheads, New York, sold 927 Woodstream Lane to Chuka and Ravon Ufomadu, of Ormond Beach, for $209,000. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,762 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $160,000.
Ormond-by-the-Sea
Donald and Theresa Marshall, of Flagler Beach, sold 3390 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 1020, to Matthew Davis, of Ormond Beach, for $220,000. Built in 1984, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,213 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $120,000.
T. Brent Jenkins, as personal representative, sold 1239 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 7-F-6, to Betty Canard, as trustee, for $219,900. Built in 1984, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,699 square feet. It sold in 1983 for $143,000.
Michael Harper, of Ormond Beach, sold 42 Rivocean Drive to Edward and Michelle Edstrom, of Locust Valley, New York, for $161,000. Built in 1959, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 987 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $90,000.
Marina Lulgjuraj, of Flagler Beach, sold 2470 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 104, to Mako Beach Properties LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $160,000. Built in 1998, the condo has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 980 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $162,000.
David McLain sold 2100 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 1180, to Bobby and Martha Davis, of Ormond Beach, for $132,500. Built in 1973, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,087 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $128,000.
