A house built this year was the top real estate sales transaction for the week of Aug. 4-10. Intervest at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 640 Southlake Drive to Allan and Yvonne Taylor, of Ormond Beach, for $497,460. The house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,622 square feet.
Palm Coast
James Davis, of Uniontown, Pennsylvania, sold 200 Ocean Crest Drive, Unit 419, to Bertram Hughes, of Gainesville, for $360,000. Built in 2003, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,435 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $1,075,000.
Edgar and Gladys Ayerbe, of Raleigh, North Carolina, sold 7 Prince Manfred Place to Debora Fiegel, of Hampton, Georgia, for $152,500. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,523 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $143,900.
