A house on the Halifax River was the top real estate sales transaction for the week of July 31 to Aug. 6 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Michele and Robert Babcock sold 1664 John Anderson Drive to Katherine Malensek, of Ormond Beach, for $740,000. Built in 1955, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 3,717 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $255,000.
Ormond Beach
Gordon Arbeitman and Jarey Cortright, of Ormond Beach, sold 91 Ridge Field Place to Ronald Franks, of Ormond Beach, for $380,000. Built in 1985, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, boat dock, boat house and 2,845 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $270,000.
Judith Josephson, of Mountain View, California, sold 395 S. Atlantic Ave., Unit 7040, to Patricia Guidry, of Ormond Beach, for $335,000. Built in 1982, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,923 square feet.
Matthew Woellert, of Talladega, Alabama, sold 47 Village Drive to Thomas Scherer, of Ormond Beach, for $245,000. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,900 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $218,900.
David and Maryann Dalrymple, of Palm Bay, sold 12 Oak Village Drive to Kathi MacLeod, of Ormond Beach, for $169,000. Built in 1998, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,614 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $129,900.
Geza and Bonita Csortan, of Seneca, New York, sold 156 Putnam Ave. to Joshua and Shannon Deckard, of Ormond Beach, for $151,000. Built in 1973, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,200 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $107,500.
Robert and Jean Grech, of Ormond Beach, sold 275 Bayridge Court to Leila Gosney, of Ormond Beach, for $150,000. Built in 1987, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,482 square feet. It sold in 1987 for $83,800.
Susan Rawlins, of Ormond Beach, sold 22 Aaron Circle to Zachary Martincic, of Ormond Beach, for $145,500. Built in 1986, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,395. It sold in 1997 for $80,500.
Paul and Rose Zerra, of Ormond Beach, sold 215 Rosewood Ave. to Scott and Natalie Littlefield, of Ormond Beach, for $131,250. Built in 1956, the house has three bedrooms, one bath and 975 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $90,000.
Austin Lee LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 247 N. Tymber Creek Road to Lisa Stephenson, of Etowah, North Carolina, for $72,500. Built in 1992, the mobile home has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,052 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $148,160.

Steven Nuger, individually and as trustee, sold 11 Little Tomoka Way to Jay and Suzette Cuddy, of Ormond Beach, for $525,000. Built in 2014, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 3,006 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $483,700.
Andrew and Melissa Yoon sold 19 Tomoka Cove Way to Richard and Nancy Raines, of Ormond Beach, for $495,000. Built in 1996, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 3,798 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $448,000.
Christopher and Hesper Bruns, of Ormond Beach, sold 8 Bent Stream Way to R. Luther and Donna Conant, of Ormond Beach, for $372,000. Built in 1998, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,541 square feet.
James and Ashby Snare, of Hamilton, Virginia, sold 129 Black Hickory Way to Mayra and Leonel Monge, of Ormond Beach, for $295,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,081 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $227,400.

Paul and Patricia Thompson, of Volusia County, sold 1208 Regents St. to James and Shannon Butterworth, of Ormond Beach, for $360,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 1,785 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $477,815.
Halifax Plantation
Buddy and Julie Hall, of Ormond Beach, sold 1433 Pecos Drive to John and Chari Stenson, of Ormond Beach, for $384,000. Built in 1992, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,962 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $252,500.
Fredric and Xin Liu Gale, of Sanford, sold 3608 Galway Lane to Edwin Nigh and Sallie Brinkley, of Ormond Beach, for $300,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,437 square feet.

Tracy Gino, of Ormond Beach, sold 72 Pergola Place to Andrew Dattel, of Port Orange, for $175,000. Built in 2011, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,686 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $154,000.

Gale Gulick, of Dade City, sold 1117 Shockney Lane to Timothy Magdziarz, of Ormond Beach, for $199,000. Built in 1986, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,764 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $105,500.

Gary and Rebecca Johnson sold 10 Pebble Beach Drive to Jason and Angela Bell, of Ormond Beach, for $239,000. Built in 1973, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,422 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $157,900.

Joseph Balazic, of Ohio, sold 92 Old Barn Trail to Owen and Paula Rigsby, of Seymour, Indiana, for $162,000. Built in 1984, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,483 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $114,000.

Larry and Carol Hershey, of Waynesville, North Carolina, sold 2671 John Anderson Drive to Walter Bolter for $423,189. Built in 1965, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,241 square feet.
Scott Devine and Nadine Mitchell, of Titusville, sold 1155 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 403, to Brian McWhorter, of Ormond Beach, for $251,500. Built in 1971, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,065 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $240,000.
Steven and Lesley Ford, of Ontario, sold 1133 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 205, to Billy Shannon and Carol Hamlin, of Ormond Beach, for $240,000. Built in 1971, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,065 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $200,000.
